The following information explains some of our policies and information about the store. While we try to keep our site updated, these policies and terms are not final and may be changed at any time. Stop by the shop or call us for the latest.

Returns
Cash or Credit Card Return: Returns must be made within 10 days of original purchase, and accompanied by original receipt, packaging and tags for a full refund. Product must be in the same condition as original purchase, packaging and all.
Store Credit: Returns after 10 days and before 30 days are for store credit only. Products must be unused and accompanied by original receipt, original tags, and original packaging.
Used Gear: Used gear must be returned within 10 days of original purchase, and accompanied by original receipt and original tags for store credit only.

Gift Certificates
Not sure which is the perfect gift? Get that special someone a gift certificate! Any amount is possible, just check at the front counter.
Gift certificates are good for one year from issue date.
Recycled Gear
We can trade for most used gear if you're looking for a new, loving owner for your previously loved gear. Depending on the season and demand, we may not be buying certain kinds of gear. But give us a ring or stop by the shop and we'll let you know. We usually have a buyer at the shop during normal hours.
For larger ticket items we also have a consignment program. Contact a buyer at the shop for more details.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard. It's our policy to check ID with checks and credit/debit cards.
Layaways
We can put most items on a layaway program. The following is our policy, which must be agreed to by the customer:
- Purchase price of one item has to be at least $100.00.
- Customer must retain layaway tag to redeem item.
- After initial payment, item must be paid in full and picked up within designated time period (no multiple payments).
- If customer decides not to purchase item during the layaway period, the customer is entitled to a refund of initial payment in the form of in-store credit only.
- The customer will forfeit their initial payment if they exceed the designated layaway period.
- A payment of 25% of total purchase price is required for a 15 day hold.
- A payment of 50% of total purchase price is required for a 30 day hold.

Age Verification on Certain Items
Some items (such as knives, for example) require a minimum age or a parent/guardian with you. We may ask for ID to check your age when you check out.
