Duration of Test: A few laps

Product Name: Happy Place Snowboard

Product Brand: Slash

Best Use: Park / Freestyle / All Mountain 2021 Slash Happy Place Snowboard The Full Review:

This true twin, medium flexing board was definitely the most playful board I was on throughout the duration of demo days. The 156 was the biggest size they had and it was still very fun although I think since I don’t ride much actual park, I would be better off with a 158. Nonetheless, it was still very fun on the groomers. The board was very light and floaty. Riding switch on this board felt just like riding regular, which is great. I ducked out my stance on this one 15, -15 and was happy I did! As with the Brainstorm from Slash, this board also felt like it had an extra second of airtime whenever I launched off a sidehit or built jump. The spin is fast and easy. This board was ridiculously fun!

The Good:

  • Fun.
  • Light.
  • Nice pop and air.

The Bad:

  • None

The Bottom Line:

Great board for a park rider or side-hit enthusiast. Smiles all day!
