Full Review: The first piece of dry gear I purchased was the Rogue dry top from Kokatat. I wear my Rogue throughout the summer for obvious reasons. Its a wonderful break from my dry suit on hot days in the NW. But once winter rolls around I don't find myself retreating to my dry suit right away. The rogue has all the features of a kokatat dry suit with half the entry issues. You simply pull it on over your favorite bibs or dry pants, skirt up, and paddle. It has the same style skirt tunnel as the meridian and icon dry suits and it even stays dry even when you're out your boat (of course not as dry as a single piece dry suit).

At half the price point of a dry suit, it is a great option for those paddlers who run warm or want more multi-climate versatility out of their dry gear. Three years later I'm still rocking the same black on black dry top (sorry about the color folks). I've sent it back to the factory a grand total of once for repairs. Its just that good. Kokotat will re-tape and re-seal their products making their repair warranties one of the best in industry.

The Good List: Fit, style, and versatility. GORE-TEX 3 layer side panels.

The Not so Good List: Haven't really found one yet.

The Bottom Line: I'll have this piece of gear till it delaminates so badly Kokatat decides to send me something else.
