General Description of Position

The Web Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer service phone calls and emails including phone order processing, returns, shipping inquiries, order adjustments, and various other customer service challenges & opportunities. You’ll learn to take a simple question and turn it into a multi-item sale by utilizing your knowledge of NA processes and product assortments.


Job Responsibilities

  • Problem-solving: find solutions to customer and company issues across multiple platforms
  • Answering customer phone calls and emails utilizing Zendesk and other tools
  • Responding to internal requests from Fulfillment, Distribution Center, Retail Staff and Buyers
  • Assist with product transfers and adjustments in point of sale
  • Phone sales and getting the right product to the right person
  • Special projects when time allows as assigned by the E-commerce Customer Service Manager



  • Knowledge of outdoor gear and activities (required)

  • General familiarity with, and interest in, outdoor activities, related apparel and equipment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office; Google Chrome, Gmail & apps.
  • PC environments and non-graphical applications (point of sale) don’t scare you.
  • Will frequently work in a warehouse environment: ability to climb stairs, ladders, bend, and lift 40lbs.
