Holiday Shipping Guidelines
Hi-ya, Howdy, Hello - and Happy Holidays!
Here are some important guidelines and dates to keep in mind for those extra special (time sensitive), orders:
In case you live under rocks rather than climb them: COVID has drastically affected the global supply chain, created logistics issues, and prices continue to increase. The pandemic may cause further delays, disruptions, and disappointments. You can help us mitigate these issues by ordering sooner rather than later.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee package arrival by any particular day, including any form of expedited services regardless of carrier (UPS / USPS). We do our best to get orders shipped out ASAP! But of course the sooner you place your order, the sooner we can send it off to it's holiday destination.
DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!!! The Point: If it's on your list, and it's available, order it yesterday.
If after all of that you still insist on waiting until the last minute, you MUST order 2 business days prior to the following dates in order to receive packages by the 24th of December. Ordering this late does NOT guarantee on-time arrival, but it will be darn close.

Should you require expedited shipping, you must contact us for accurate rates/quotes. Second Day and Next Day services are not active for all products and must be quoted over the phone. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours, but we will do our best to accommodate same day requests for expedited services. Although, we'll probably tell you over the phone that you should've ordered it a week ago.
