Equipment Provided: Next Adventure will provide transportation, snacks, and experienced guides that can answer questions about the flora, fauna, geology and local history of the trail.

The moderately-graded Angel's Rest trail winds through Doug-fir forests and passes a creek with waterfalls before reaching expansive views of the Columbia River Gorge from a 1600 foot cliff-top plateau. 1500 feet gained over 2.3 miles; total round-trip 4.6 miles.

Next Adventure will provide transportation, snacks, and experienced guides that can answer questions about the flora, fauna, geology and local history of the trail.
 
 
 

You need to bring:
 - sturdy hiking shoes with synthetic or wool socks
 - hiking apparel (anything but cotton)
 - Day pack
 - water (2 quarts)
 - lunch (& snacks if you have special dietary needs)
 - sun and rain gear 
 - your trail essentials  (see below)
