We scrutinize and grade every item prior to making it available for purchase. We offer several condition grades of ski & snowboard gear that fall into the following categories. 

New

New condition is product right off the shelf and brand new. Nothing too tricky about this condition. The product is covered by the manufacturer

New – BLEM

Indicates some type of minor cosmetic imperfection that will not impact the performance of the product. Examples of cosmetic blemishes could be minor dimples or scratches, misaligned graphics or logos, etc.  Blemished products are also covered by the manufacturer warranty. This is a great option to save money on a new product. Often, the blemish is unidentifiable. 

New – DAMAGED PACKAGING

Can range from a punctured box or torn bag to a new item missing tags or shoes without a box. The product is still new, undamaged, and covered by the manufacturer warranty.

USED – PREMIUM (8/10 - 10/10 score)

Like new condition, Premium used product are often rep samples or demos that are like new or lightly used a few times. The only expected wear would be light scratches typical of a day or two of riding. Premium used products are the closest to new of all used gear. The manafacturer warranty does not apply.

USED – STANDARD (5/10 - 7/10 score)

Standard condition used gear has had a moderate amount of use. The performance of the gear is not comprimised in any way and will offer years of use. These products will show more wear than the premium condition used gear. Overall, standard condition used gear is in good working condion and provide a great value over new product. The manafacturer warranty does not apply.

USED – BARGAIN (2/10 - 4/10 score)

The bargain condition gear has been well used and well loved. The products will still perform well but will show more wear than standard or premium condition products and has probably been used dozens of days. If you don't mind some deeper scratches or dings and want to save some money, the bargain condition is the gear for you. That's why they created PTEX right? Get out there without price becoming a barrier. The manafacturer warranty does not apply.
